When food manufacturing giant Greencore wanted to revitalise one of its staff welfare spaces, the brief was clear: create a brighter, more welcoming environment that employees would genuinely enjoy using every day.

With over 21 sites across the UK and continued expansion following the acquisition of Bakkavor’s bakery operations, Greencore needed a partner that could deliver quickly, professionally and with complete clarity from the outset.

The Challenge

The project centred around a full refresh of the site’s canteen and restaurant facilities, including:

• New seating and tables
• Updated flooring
• Modern dispensing machines
• A completely new bar area
• Fresh pre-packed food display areas
• A full colour refresh to brighten the environment

While relatively short in duration, the refurbishment had a big objective behind it, improving staff morale and creating a more enjoyable break space for employees.
