Starting with an empty, open-plan room, the Tute office refurbishment project transformed a blank canvas into a dynamic, modern workspace tailored to the needs of its users. The result in an aesthetic yet practical environment that supports teaching, collaboration, and relaxation aligning with Tute’s brand identity.

Open Plan with Defined Zones: Retained an open plan layout while adding glass partitions to subtly divide the space, ensuring an open feel with improved functionality.
Custom Acoustic Solutions: Installed acoustic ceiling baffles, floor-to-ceiling baffles, and slat wall paneling to enhance soundproofing and reduce noise distractions.
Bespoke Teaching and Meeting Spaces: Created individual acoustic teaching pods for quiet, private teaching sessions, alongside a versatile boardroom with a bifold door that functions as a single large room or two smaller meeting spaces.
Kitchen and Breakout Area: Designed a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a hot tap, and integrated a comfortable breakout area for relaxation and informal discussions.
Furnishings and Décor: Introduced ergonomic furniture to suit various activities, from workstations to lounge seating, while incorporating planters and integrated storage solutions to enhance both functionality and visual appearance. Distinctive flooring, including a herringbone walkway and carpet tiles, further defined the office areas.
