Our services include CAT A and CAT B refurbishments. In short, the difference between these two options are:
Cat A: This category refurbishment gets your space to a blank canvas. The area will have gone through a constructional stage which would include features such as suspended ceilings, wall coverings, flooring, electrical distribution including small power sockets, toilets, lifts, safety systems such as fire detection etc. The completed category A stage renders the space functional but does not include any consequent design elements that produce a specific workspace purpose.
